We charge you no additional fees for our service. Even our app is available for free download. The price for a wash or drying session is set by whoever operates the communal washing equipment.

WeWash enables you to reserve free machines. Booking fixed times in the future is currently not possible, but we will most certainly continue working on improving our service to offer you the best possible convenience.
Yes. You can access WeWash on our website via your laptop or desktop computer, or via your mobile or land line phone. If you want to use WeWash via telephone please call our service hotline at 0800 93 92 742 to register. Once your phone number is stored in our system you can reserve a machine using our booking phone numbers (089 / 1 22 33 05 – 1 for washing and 089 / 1 22 33 05 – 2 for drying). Calls are charged at local tariff rates. As soon as your washing is ready you will receive a call from us. You can choose to pay via bank transfer or your credit card.
WeWash offers two convenient payment options. You can choose between a SEPA debit order or your credit card.

As soon as your washing is done we send you a notification and the machine then remains reserved for you. In this period the machine is shown as occupied to other users to give you enough time to collect your washing from the machine.

Yes. You can return the Retrofit Kit within 4 months in the event that you or your tenants are not more than satisfied. In the case of owners/operators of more than 1000 apartment units and other properties we are prepared to extend the limit after personal consultation. Contact us for details.
No. You retain full control going forward. You decide who may or may not use the machines.

Yes. Our Retrofit Kit makes it possible to equip any machine with WeWash, regardless of age, manufacturer or power supply. This even applies in cases where you have different machines and power connections – we offer solutions that will work for all your machines. We would be happy to consult with you personally. The easiest way is to install our Retrofit Kit, assuming your machines are equipped with a safety plug (conventional 230V plug). In this case, we offer a solution that’s as easy as installing a WiFi SmartPlug. No electrician required. In other connection situations (for 230V or 400V) we offer a wall-mounted box that can be installed by a qualified electrician with as little effort as is required for a coin dispenser. If you already have a coin dispenser in use, it merely involves a replacement of existing equipment. Do you have further questions about installation?
