New look and improved user experience
In order to ensure a better overview and a simple and more intuitive handling of the app, we have completely changed the design. Among other things, we have further simplified the registration of payment methods. We have introduced fingerprint or Touch ID/Face ID as a secure and convenient login method and ensured that our app is compatible with all devices and screen sizes. Further technical innovations have also created a basis which allows us to add new features on a regular basis. This gives us the chance to – in the future – act on your feedback more quickly.

New Home screen – everything at a glance
Thanks to the info cards which are located in the upper area of our new home screen, you always have all relevant information right at your fingertips. You will, for example, be able to quickly see the status of your washing and drying cycles, the remaining time of your reservation-period, your reserved machines as well as interesting facts about the use of the app. Regarding the main menu: We have not only placed it at the bottom of the screen but we have also restructured it so you can find all the menu items a lot faster.

Notifications – now also available on multiple devices
Reserve a machine with your smartphone and then relax on the couch with your tablet? Or even reserve a machine while you are out and about, and your partner receives the message on a different device at home? No problem at all! With our new app you will receive notifications about the status of your laundry on every device, on which you have the WeWash app and are logged in.

Help center – questions, answers, feedback directly within the app
No matter what questions you might have, our customer support is always there for you. We have improved our service directly within the app and offer you several self-help options. If customer support is needed, we have introduced a new help center which allows you to select your topic of interest and contact us conveniently and directly within the app.

User Profile – everything in one place
We have completely restructured the user profile to make sure that you have all the important data and information right at your fingertips. Besides an overview of your individual user information, you can also find the account settings there. In addition, via the submenus, you can change your laundry room, add and/or change payment methods or change your e-mail notification settings.

Invoices and payment methods overview – for full transparency
Our restructured invoice overview as well as the payment methods overview give you full transparency. For example, in the payment methods overview, you can see all your registered payment methods as well as their status. There you can also set your default payment method and (de)activate monthly payment. By clicking on “Invoices” you will find all your invoices, organized by date, as well as the status of each invoice. Besides you can download the invoices directly onto your mobile device.
