Improved user journey and a new look

We have further simplified the registration process and introduced fingerprint or Touch ID/Face ID as a secure and convenient login method. The new app design is not only more modern, but also impresses with increased contrast and readability for an improved accessibility, according to the conformance level AA.

State-of-the-art technologies for maximum security and transparency

By using modern libraries and payment service provider components, we ensure a secure, transparent, and convenient user experience. At the same time, we are creating the basis for the integration of other payment methods. The components comply with the strict data security standards of the PCI (global forum of payment service industry stakeholders) and are PSD2-compliant.

Help center for fast support directly within the app

It is important, for our users to get the answers to their questions quickly and easily. Therefore, we have integrated various self-help options as well as the new help center into our app. It is easy to find and has been divided into different sub-categories, where the users will be able to find the exact answer to their question.

Push notifications available on multiple devices

Reserve a machine with the smartphone and then relax on the couch with the tablet? Or even reserve a machine while being out and about, and the partner receives the message on a different device at home? All this is no longer a problem for our users! From now on, they will receive push notifications about the status of their laundry on every device, on which the WeWash app is installed.

Invoices and payment methods overview for full transparency

Being transparent with our partners and users is essential for us. That’s why we have restructured both the invoice overview as well was the payment methods overview. For example, in the payment methods overview, users can see all their registered payment methods as well as their status. They can also set their default payment method and (de)activate monthly payment. In the invoice overview, users find all invoices, organized by date, as well as the status of each invoice. Besides they can download the invoice directly onto their mobile device.
