5 steps to clean laundry


WeWash is a service for digital booking of washing machines and dryers and is available at this campsite. To use the service, you need a smartphone (or tablet) with internet access and the WeWash App. To use the WeWash App, you need good reception on a mobile data network or your campsite’s Wi-Fi. Find out how to install the WeWash App on your appliance and use the WeWash service below.

1.Sign up for free via app

App Download

    • Download the app in the applicable app store.
      App Store  Get it on Google Play
    • As soon as the app has been successfully downloaded, please click on “Register” and then fill in all the necessary information. Watch this video to learn more about registering with WeWash.

Activation code

    • We will automatically send you an activation code to your registered e-mail address, which you then need to enter in the app. However, for security reasons, this code is only valid for 24 hours.

Store a payment method

    • Because the washing and drying cycles are billed on a cashless basis, you need to store and verify your preferred payment method. Alternatively, you can skip this step and pay every invoice manually. Here you can choose between various digital payment methods e.g. PayPal or Apple Pay. Detailed information about the registration of the payment method can be found here.
    • Please note that payment is only possible via the WeWash app and we cannot accept bank transfers to our company account.

Laundry room selection

  • Then, choose your laundry room. For this purpose, please ensure that your terminal device’s GPS is turned on so that correct locating can take place. Please note that there may be several sanitary buildings on your campsite and therefore several different digital laundry rooms in the app. Please make sure you select the correct laundry room.
  • If GPS is deactivated, you will automatically be assigned our “Virtual Laundry Room”. This virtual laundry room gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the booking system free of charge. You can change the laundry room at any time by clicking on “Profile” and then selecting “Laundry Rooms”.

  • Here you will be shown info cards with information about, for example, your currently booked machines. You will also be shown information on payment and instructions for action.

2. Reserve your appliance easily and conveniently

  • Simply check whether an appliance is available and reserve it via the button “wash” or “dry”.
  • The booking is chargeable after the start of the machine or in some cases with the confirmation of the booking in the app.
  • No appliance available? No problem! WeWash will let you know via push notification as soon as an appliance is available.

3. Washing and drying

  • You can load the appliance as usual, set your desired programmes and start.
  • Please make sure that you load the machine that has been assigned to you in the app. Washing machines are marked with a W and consecutive numbering (e.g. W1, W2, …). Dryers are marked with a T and consecutive numbering (e.g. T1, T2, …) If there are several sanitary buildings at your campsite, please make sure that you are in the correct building.

4. Always stay informed

  • WeWash will inform you as soon as your laundry cycle is done.
  • After that, you will have time to pick up your laundry before the appliance will be released for the next user.

5. Convenient, transparent and digital payment

The respective amount for the laundry cycle will be invoiced either directly or later, depending on the payment method.

  • Automatic payment: If you have deposited a credit card as a payment method during registration, you will receive the invoice after the washing or drying cycle and the costs will automatically be charged to your credit card.
  • Checkout payment: If you did not store a default payment method (credit card or SEPA direct debit) when registering, an info card on the home screen will show your outstanding invoice amount. You can access the invoice summary by clicking on “Pay Now”. You will then see your outstanding invoice in detail. Click on “Pay Now” once more. You can now choose between various digital and cashless payment methods (e.g. PayPal or Apple Pay). You can only start a new washing or drying cycle once you have paid your invoice.
